Prayas Goel is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mumbai. With over 25 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and business process re-engineering, he has been with Rochem Separation Systems (India) since June 1, 1998, and our Company since May 5, 2009.

Prerak Goel is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in business management from the Asian Institute of Management. He has over 21 years of experience in strategy, finance, fundraising, and international sales. He has been with Rochem since June 1, 2003, and our Company since August 10, 2009.

Glen Gonsalves is the Head of R&D and an Environmentalist at Rochem. He holds a degree in Biotechnology and a postgraduate degree in Green Technology. With over 10 years at Rochem, he focuses on future technologies for sustainable growth. He has past experience in food ingredients, FMCG, and academia, nurturing talent in the biotechnology sector.

Kaustav Chatterjee, with 31 years of experience in wastewater treatment, has designed and commissioned over 200 ETPs and STPs. He holds multiple PG diplomas and a Master's in Environmental Science. Since 1995, he's been with Reva Enviro and has served as the Brand Ambassador for Nagpur's Swachh Bharat Mission since 2018, earning over 40 awards for his environmental contributions.

Vidya Sharan, a Microbiology postgraduate, holds a Level 3 HACCP certificate. With 9 years of experience, she has worked as a Microbiologist, Lecturer, and Quality Controller. Since July 2018, she has been with Concord Enviro FZE, contributing to quality control and production.

Prakash Devidas is the Head of Operation and Product Development of our Subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Navy. He has been associated with our Subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited since November 24, 1999 and has an overall work experience of 23 years.

Dhananjay Mahajan is the President of Desalination, Marine, Oil & Gas, and Institutional Sales at Rochem Separation Systems (India). He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Poona and has over 35 years of experience, including service in the Indian Navy. He joined Rochem on September 1, 1996.

Ashish Singal, with an MBA from SP JAIN and a certification in Business Sustainability from Cambridge University, has 21+ years of experience. Since 2008, he has been with Concord Enviro UAE, leading operations and business development. Previous roles include positions at HCL Tech and Accenture Consulting.

Joy Sequeria, a Mechanical Engineering diploma holder, has extensive international project experience in countries like Vietnam, Indonesia, and Nigeria. He is currently overseeing projects in Ethiopia, Mexico, and South Africa.

Ankit Parekh, with 16 years of experience, began his career in Nigeria and joined Rochem Separation Systems in 2012. He specializes in managing export projects and operations, holding a diploma in Electronics & Communication.

Deval Hapani, with 14+ years of experience, leads wastewater treatment and ZLD projects. His career includes roles at ABC Bearings, Larsen & Toubro, and DVWS. Since 2013, he has been with Concord Enviro, focusing on plant layout and critical equipment design.

Ninad Lotlikar, a B.E. Marine Engineering graduate with UK certifications, has a 15-year sailing career and extensive experience in tankers and platform supply vessels. Since January 2024, he has been the G.M. of Exports at Rochem Services.
